Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipping has commenced. Which means Krystal & Meli do not offer returns or refunds.

Please inspect your order upon receiving. If a product arrives broken or damaged, it needs to be reported to us within 3 days from receiving it. We will need a photograph as proof of the damaged/defected item. This can be sent to krystalandmeli@gmail.com.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
