Q: Where is my order?
Sometimes orders can take longer than stated to fulfil. We advise you to track your delivery regularly with the tracking number provided. Please check out our Shipping Policy or Contact Us if you need help.
Q: Do you offer returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Samples are available if you are not sure what scent to purchase.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
For the time being we only offer UK shipping, but we hope in the near future we can share our handmade beauties across the globe.
Q: Do I need to bring anything for a local collection?
You will need your name and order number when collecting your parcel from a local collection location.
